01 Introduction

Welcome to ZeetBuzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ZeetBuzz ("the Platform", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ZeetBuzz. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. ZeetBuzz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Account Registration

To use ZeetBuzz, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete personal information. You are required to submit your real name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. ZeetBuzz uses this information to verify your identity and process payments — providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one ZeetBuzz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. ZeetBuzz uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed with balances forfeited.

• Account sharing with other individuals is not permitted.
• ZeetBuzz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on ZeetBuzz. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ZeetBuzz may request age verification documents at any point, and accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended until verification is complete.

ZeetBuzz is intended for players in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ZeetBuzz does not violate any laws applicable in your location. ZeetBuzz does not accept liability for players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions.

04 Deposits

ZeetBuzz accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks in line with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals on ZeetBuzz are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is under two hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours while identity verification is completed.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, ZeetBuzz requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process — once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless our compliance team flags a specific transaction.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, ZeetBuzz will void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

ZeetBuzz maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances including any pending withdrawals.

• Creating or operating multiple ZeetBuzz accounts.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Attempting to launder money through the ZeetBuzz platform.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZeetBuzz staff or other players.

09 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZeetBuzz login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. ZeetBuzz staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances — any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

ZeetBuzz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ZeetBuzz support immediately to have your account locked while the situation is investigated.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially on mobile devices.
• ZeetBuzz is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their own credentials.

10 Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
